Brunch & Bags is a morning for the women of Trinity Church Mt Barker, as well as their friends and family. Leading up to the event some of us will sew 50 simple lined tote bags. On the day we will fill the bags with essential items for women escaping domestic violence, talk over good food and hear from women about life with Jesus in a broken world. After the event the bags will be donated to the Mt Barker Community Centre and distributed to women in need throughout the following year.
Please let us know what donations you’re planning on bringing on the day AND the number of tote bags you’re keen to sew. It’s important we keep a tally so the day will run smoothly.
All women welcome (including babes in arms). No cost to attend. Registrations close Monday 5th August.
