Prayer is one of the most incredible privileges we have as God’s children. How amazing that we have been given unrestricted access to approach the throne of Almighty God, with the promise that he will never ignore or turn his children away, and that he acts on the prayers of his people! And there is something particularly encouraging and wondrous when we gather to bring our prayers to God as one body.
We will use a prayer guide to help inform and direct our prayers, as in large and small groups we praise God, give thanks, pray for our church, our community, our country, and our world. Kids will be included, and we are introducing some new prayer guides to help kids join in praying along with adults. Kids will spend one small section of the night in their own group praying together.
